On April 21st-22nd, 2022, IBH Academy cooperated with Danang Department of Tourism to organize a training course on Digital Transformation in the new normal for more than 150 leaders of hotels and resorts in Danang.
At the training session, Mr. Pham Ngoc Loi, Digital Transformation Director of Hotel and Resort Division of Phu Long Real Estate Company, provided information on solutions to increase Revenue, applying digital transformation to move from traditional business to digital business, using technology to create innovations for business models, customer experiences, improving operational efficiency and core values for business.
The training course also received enthusiastic comments and sharing from leaders of accommodation businesses to apply digital transformation in creating resilience and recovering the tourism industry after the Covid-19 pandemic.
