In the morning of October 22nd, 2021, IBH Academy and Danang Hotel Association held a workshop on “Tourism and Hospitality – Market update and Future Outlook” with the participation of Danang Department of Tourism leaders, Danang Hotel Association Executive Committee and 52 General Managers, Executive Assistant Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Market Research Experts of hotels and resorts in Danang city.
Mr. Luong Thuong Chien – Sales Director of Furama Resort Danang, Furama Villas Danang and Ariyana Convention Center Danang shared useful and in-depth information about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the tourism industry in general and the hotel services in particular, presented typical examples of solutions to recover the international tourism and provided the research on future types of guest, their expectations and travel trends.
Under the coordination of Ms. Tran Gia Ngoc Phuong – Business Development Director of the Phu Long Hotel and Resort Division, representatives of the participating units actively shared information, experiences and solutions to both develop business and meet anti-epidemic requirements.
