This is an online workshop within the framework of the SCALE (Specialists’ Community Action & Leadership Exchange) program funded by the Temasek Foundation – a partner of SOVICO Group, taking place in the morning of October 15th, 2021. With a research topic “Solutions to restore tourism confidence”, the students from affiliated ASEAN universities in 5 groups with total 40 students presented in-depth studies on types of guest and solutions to restore travel confidence for each guest. Representatives of the Hotel & Resort Division – Mr. Brett J. Burton, Ms. Tran Gia Ngoc Phuong and Mr. Luong Thuong Chien, and representative of IBH Academy – Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam gave specific comments and suggestions for the presentations and appreciate the research of students which help managers, businesses development experts have ideas to attract tourists to travel in the future.
