In the morning of October 6th, 2021, IBH Training Academy held a workshop on “Tourism and Hospitality – Market update – Outlook for 2022 & Beyond” for nearly 50 General Directors, Deputy General Directors, General Managers, Directors Sales, Marketing, Market Research of hotels and resorts in SOVICO group. Mr. Luong Thuong Chien – Sales Director of Furama Resort Danang, Furama Villas Danang and Ariyana Convention Center Danang shared useful and in-depth information on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the tourism industry in general and the hotel services in particular. The workshop also provided typical examples of solutions to recover international tourism and the research on future types of guest, their expectations and travel trends.
Under the coordination of Ms. Tran Gia Ngoc Phuong – Business Development Director of the Hotel and Resort Division, representatives of the participating units actively shared information, experience and solutions to develop business and meet anti-epidemic requirements. Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh – Director of Hospitality and Resort Division cum Chairman of IBH Academy highly appreciated the sharing from Mr. Luong Thuong Chien and participants, and wished IBH Academy to have the opportunity to organize many more useful training courses and workshops for the company members of the group.
